WE'RE TAKING OVER CHARLOTTE, STARTING WITH A FREE WORKSHOP
Black Bitcoin Billionaires will be taking over Charlotte on Labor Day weekend and we're kicking off the festivities with a FREE Workshop, "Intro into Bitcoin", sponsored by Cash App on Friday, September 2nd from 12:30-2pm. Space is limited to the first 100 responders and the workshop will be held at Tabbris, 1300 South Blvd Suite D. Participants will receive a brief history of Bitcoin, why it's important, a tutorial on a wallet and $10 worth of Bitcoin. Newbies are encouraged to register as this a workshop is geared towards individuals who may have heard about the technology or internet money but don't know where to start. If you've been trying to orange pill a family or friend and not having success, send them our way! Facilitators from Bitcoin Charlotte will be on hand (Jacob Parrish-founder, Liz Parrish, Michael Marion and Jhonny Delgado) and have been extremely helpful from onset.
We're also excited to announce that instruction and material will be given out in Spanish for participants that register and speak English as a second language. Possibly the last Demo Day will be held during lunch where one tech company will be awarded 20K in Bitcoin, which currently is almost one Bitcoin. Blacks in Technology, an organization invested in providing resources and opportunities to Blacks in Charlotte, has helped spread the word about this Demo Day to their members.
